Pannon awards significant deal to Ness for three-year CRM solution

BANGALORE, INDIA: Ness Technologies Inc., a global provider of information technology solutions and services, announced that leading mobile telecommunications provider, Pannon (the Hungarian member of Telenor Group) has chosen Ness to deliver a strategic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. The significant engagement is the first phase of what is expected to be a longer term relationship.

Pannon initiated the program as a tool for providing the best customer experience in Hungary. Ness was selected to assist Pannon because of its broad experience in the telecommunications industry throughout Europe.
