Netadmin Systems to unveil plans for further international expansion at FTTH Council Europe in Munich

SWEDEN: Market-leading Scandinavian automatic network support system development company, Netadmin Systems, says proliferation of fibre in Europe is driving high demand for Next Generation OSS/BSS services.

Global broadband analyst firm Point Topic estimates FTTx is growing by more than 68 percent year-on-year in Europe. Netadmin has extensive experience in managing customers, services, subscriptions and equipment on open access networks that are increasing in tandem with the high speed fibre infrastructure.

Torbjörn Sandberg, CEO of Netadmin, said the company’s origins in Sweden have taught it a lot about developing software to enable open access next generation networks to thrive and become profitable.

He said: “Netadmin has implemented network management platforms for many big name operators across Europe in the last twelve months. The efficiency savings and quality gains being demonstrated, and the proliferation of fibre driving the expansion, are really the key to our success. We are set to make another major announcement at FTTH Conference, and more in the coming months.”

Netadmin is the market leader in the Nordic region and is growing rapidly in international markets with more than 100 customers in 15 countries.

Sandberg added: “Netadmin is extremely effective as it has been developed from an operator perspective. It enables operators to manage networks economically and efficiently, and gives the consumer easy access to masses of choice at the click of a button.”

Last week, Netadmin was shortlisted for a European Software Excellence Award in the Communications and Mobility - Unified Communications & Collaboration Solution category. The winner is set to be announced on 1 March.
