Inforgence America signs two new clients for mobile publishing platform

SACRAMENTO, USA: Inforgence America (IA) has recently signed two new publishers for its proprietary mobile publishing platform product, Sacramento-based Comstock's Magazine and Glimmer Apps.

Well-suited for small and mid-size publishers, Inforgence America's mobile publishing solution converts printed publications into fully interactive mobile editions in as few as 30 days, with a low cost model. With its simple content management interface VcRead, the Inforgence publishing system takes a publisher's existing content and formats it for viewing on smartphones and tablets, including the iPhone, iPad and Android devices. The IA publishing platform has a digitalized multidimensional multimedia (DMM) format that supports audio, video, text, animation and picture display.

Inforgence America's two new clients are:

Comstock's Magazine, the premier monthly business publication for California's Capital Region, serving Sacramento for more than 20 years. Comstock's is capitalizing on the mobile revolution to better connect with business owners and advertisers.

Glimmer Apps is using digital applications to create interactive, content rich mobile digital records of the most important events in people's lives.

Inforgence America president and COO, Jesse Passafiume, says: "The accelerating growth in tablets and mobile devices has changed publishing forever. With our turn-key publishing platform, a publisher doesn't have to build an app or use in-house designers to create a quality digital publication for mobile users. We give publishers the ability to create fully interactive digital editions with the power of a full business operating platform that manages content, subscriptions, billing and enhancement."
