The company confirmed that Gwyn Williams will join this month as VP of Worldwide Customer Operations. In his new role, Williams will assume responsibility and leadership for the company’s global professional services and customer support organisations.
Welcoming Williams, Rob Jones, senior VP, Worldwide Sales, Support & Services, said: “Gwyn brings a wealth of relevant experience to the process of delivering, developing and serving global customers. He is used to both managing complex technical integration and ensuring consistency of supply and first class support. Our established customer operations team already supports more than 60 operators worldwide, and Gwyn's expertise will be invaluable as we deliver larger and more complex projects to quicker timescales in today's maturing small cell market.”
