TrueNorth chooses Sanmina-SCI to build cutting-edge aviation telecom systems

SAN JOSE, USA: Sanmina-SCI Corp. and TrueNorth Avionics, a leading innovator in airborne telecommunications solutions for voice, Internet data and Wi-Fi, jointly announced that Sanmina-SCI will manufacture TrueNorth's in-cabin telecommunications equipment for business aircraft at its Ottawa, Ontario, Canada facility.

TrueNorth's Simphone OpenCabin systems are the most advanced airborne telecom systems on the market and are used in leading aircraft. The software-centric system brings unprecedented reliability, operator control and communications capabilities to business aviation.
