Mobile VoIP traffic
The latest mobile voice research finds that Mobile VoIP services will develop significantly faster in developed markets due to the direct correlation between 3G roll outs and the take up of mobile VoIP. It finds that mVoIP traffic volumes may eventually be higher in developing markets due in part to the calling patterns of migrant workers.
Outlook for VoIP pricing
The report provides an in depth view of the mobile voice market, analysing and projecting the market for the entire mobile voice ecosystem and how it will develop over the next five years. It considers the outlook for VoIP pricing and provides a comprehensive roadmap for the development of VoIP over 3G and 4G networks.
Mobile VoIP operator opportunity
Alliances between mobile VoIP players and traditional operators are explored and discussed how this may provide the best option for today’s incumbent operators to address the advent of mobile VoIP. The report also finds that revenues from the circuit switched voice market will continue to diminish over the next five years, although this will not accelerate.
