Airbiquity and Nokia enter licensing agreement

SEATTLE, USA: Airbiquity Inc., a global leader in wireless connected services, and Nokia Corp. have entered into an agreement whereby Nokia has agreed to license from Airbiquity certain patent rights including the 6,681,121; 7,206,305; and, 7,221,669 US patents.

The license to these patents allows for Nokia to provide TTY functionality in its GSM handsets according to 3GPP specifications.
